Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for our products, services, and solutions. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical information into user-friendly content for various audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical documentation including user guides, installation manuals, API documentation, and system specifications

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather accurate technical information

• Develop content for various formats including online help, knowledge base articles, and training materials

• Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides

• Create visual aids such as diagrams, screenshots, and workflow illustrations

• Review and edit documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency

• Manage documentation projects from planning to publication

• Keep documentation updated with new features and product changes

• Gather user feedback to continuously improve documentation quality

Qualifications & Skillsets:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field

• 4-6 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in IT or software industry

• Proficiency in documentation tools (Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar)

• Knowledge of markup languages (HTML, XML, Markdown)

• Experience with content management systems

• Familiarity with software development methodologies

• Basic understanding of networking, programming, or system architecture concepts

• Portfolio of technical writing samples demonstrating clarity and effectiveness
