Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) to provide technical leadership, design complex network solutions, and drive innovation in our networking practice.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures using Cisco DNA Center and related technologies

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on DNAC architecture, features, and capabilities

• Develop best practices, methodologies, and standards for DNAC implementations

• Lead proof of concepts, pilot deployments, and technology evaluations

• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide advanced technical support

• Collaborate with client teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions

• Mentor and train team members on DNAC and related technologies

• Create technical documentation, design guides, and implementation plans

• Stay current with Cisco product roadmaps and emerging technologies

• Support pre-sales activities for strategic opportunities

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Deep technical expertise in Cisco DNA Center and SD-Access

• Strong understanding of network automation and orchestration

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities

• Effective communication and knowledge transfer abilities

• Strong documentation and technical writing skills

Qualifications & Skillsets:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 10-12 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3-4 years focused on Cisco DNA Center

• Expert knowledge of DNAC Assurance, Automation, and Analytics

• Strong understanding of Cisco SD-Access and Intent-Based Networking

• Experience with Cisco ISE, Catalyst switches, and wireless technologies

• Familiarity with API integration, Python scripting, and network automation

• Relevant Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE Enterprise)

• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization
