Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to lead our Global Capability Centers (GCC) business within the Digital Transformation practice. This role is responsible for shaping Arche Global’s GCC-focused strategy, driving enterprise transformation initiatives, and building deep customer and partner relationships across global markets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with GCCs, strong understanding of cloud and enterprise technologies, and a proven ability to influence senior leadership stakeholders while driving measurable business outcomes. This is a strategic and high-impact role that requires leadership, vision, and a strong commercial mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Shape and lead Arche Global’s digital transformation and GCC strategy.
• Define and implement a long-term customer management approach for global capability center clients.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to deliver transformation programs that enhance customer value and operational performance.

Customer and Partner Ecosystem Development

• Build and strengthen relationships with senior executives across GCCs, global accounts, and key technology partners.
• Work closely with partners such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Cisco, VMware, ServiceNow, and leading Telco providers.
• Establish a strong partner ecosystem to drive joint go-to-market strategies and pipeline growth.
• Lead partner cadence and business rhythm to track performance metrics and execution strength.

Sales and Business Development

• Drive global sales initiatives and support enterprise opportunities across markets.
• Own revenue targets for GCC accounts and contribute to team-level business goals.
• Identify key opportunities with partners and customers, ensuring solution adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Manage complex global customer relationships, engaging with CXO-level decision makers.

Operational Excellence

• Manage project and program governance to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives.
• Track key performance indicators such as adoption, solution success, delivery outcomes, and revenue performance.
• Ensure alignment of internal and partner resources to strategic objectives.

Innovation and Technology

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in cloud, security, networking, and AI-driven transformation.
• Drive innovation with partners and customers to introduce competitive and relevant solutions.
• Support the delivery of best-in-class enterprise solutions across Arche Global’s digital transformation portfolio.

Customer Advocacy and Storytelling

• Represent the voice of the customer within Arche Global.
• Develop and share customer success stories, solution narratives, and transformation outcomes across internal and external channels.
• Deliver compelling presentations on strategies, solutions, and initiatives to technical and executive audiences.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive outcomes in complex and matrixed environments.
• Deep expertise in partner ecosystem management across Microsoft, Google, AWS, Cisco, VMware, and related providers.
• Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security solutions.
• Proven success in driving enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience managing long-term global customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong project management capabilities and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and align technology solutions with business goals.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or business strategy roles.
• Strong experience in cloud solutions, enterprise software, networking, and security.
• Familiarity with sales frameworks such as Solution Selling, Miller Heiman, or SPIN.
