Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to drive net new business within the enterprise segment. This role is focused on acquiring new clients, managing strategic relationships, and delivering long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B enterprise sales, solution selling, and revenue generation within the IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, or Managed Services domain.
This is an individual contributor role that requires strong hunting skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles in a competitive environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, target, and acquire new enterprise customers.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
• Build and manage a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
• Create compelling value propositions and tailor technology solutions to client needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and service agreements.
• Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, product, marketing, and finance teams.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting documentation.
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Strong expertise in enterprise sales, business development, and account management.
• Proven hunting capability with a strong track record of new business acquisition.
• Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and lead consultative discussions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to map technology solutions to business goals.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications and Skillsets:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in B2B or enterprise IT sales.
• Experience selling IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, or Managed Services.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts or closing large strategic deals.
