Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Network Practice Head with extensive experience to lead our networking services division, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure technical excellence across all networking projects and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for our networking practice

• Lead a team of network architects, engineers, and consultants

• Drive business growth by identifying new service offerings and market opportunities

• Establish technical standards, methodologies, and best practices

• Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors

• Provide technical leadership on complex networking projects and architectures

• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

• Ensure service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends

• Participate in pre-sales activities for strategic opportunities

Qualifications & Skillsets:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

• 20+ years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure

• 10+ years in leadership positions within network practice

• Deep expertise in enterprise networking technologies, SDN, cloud networking

• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, HP, and other major networking platforms

• Advanced certifications (CCIE, JNCIE or equivalent) highly desirable

• Strong understanding of IT service management and delivery methodologies
