We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager for the Enterprise segment who can build strategic relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. This highly rewarding individual contributor role requires a tenacious professional with exceptional business acumen and market understanding.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts

  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with enterprise clients

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities

  • Understand clients' business challenges and objectives to position appropriate solutions

  • Lead consultative selling processes with a focus on IT infrastructure, applications, and security

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with enterprise clients

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics

  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership team

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums

  • Strong relationships with enterprise clients and technology vendors

  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and digital transformation

  • Experience selling complex technology solutions and services

  • Established network of referenceable customer connections

  • Strong presentation and communication skills at executive levels
