Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager-Digital Solutions with a strong networking focus to lead the design and implementation of innovative digital networking solutions that drive business transformation for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement digital networking solutions that align with client business objectives

• Lead technical teams in the delivery of complex networking projects

• Develop solution architectures incorporating SDN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network automation

• Create detailed technical specifications, implementation plans, and migration strategies

• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process

• Conduct solution workshops and presentations to clients and stakeholders

• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and industry trends

• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors

• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing

• Ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction across projects

Qualifications & Skillsets:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 8-10 years of experience in networking technologies and digital solutions

• Expertise in SDN, SD-WAN, network automation, and cloud networking

• Strong understanding of network security principles and technologies

• Experience with major networking vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.)

• Knowledge of network virtualization and containerization

• Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or equivalent)

• Experience in solution design and architecture
