Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to identify potential clients, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and qualify leads from marketing campaigns
Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and social media
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
Manage and update customer and lead data to ensure a strong sales pipeline
Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and increase lead-to-sale conversion rates
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation tactics
Develop a strong understanding of our products and services
Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Results-oriented with proven ability to plan and complete tasks independently
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Time management skills with capacity to prioritize effectively
Customer-centric mindset and active listening skills
Qualifications & Skillsets:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Spoken Hindi and other regional languages are an added advantage
