Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead our response to complex RFPs and tenders, coordinating cross-functional teams to create compelling, competitive, and winning proposals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end bid process from opportunity qualification to submission

• Coordinate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to develop comprehensive proposals

• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and company policies

• Develop win strategies and value propositions tailored to client needs

• Create high-quality proposal content, including executive summaries and pricing models

• Manage bid timelines, resources, and budgets effectively

• Conduct bid/no-bid assessments and prepare recommendations for management

• Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content and best practices

• Analyze win/loss data to improve future bid strategies

Qualifications & Skillsets:

• 8-10 years of experience in bid management, preferably in IT/technology sectors

• Proven track record of successful bid submissions and wins

• Experience with bid management tools and processes

• Strong understanding of contract terms, pricing models, and legal requirements

• Knowledge of technology solutions and IT services market
