Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager specialized in the Travel & Transportation sector to develop client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through innovative technology solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, target, and acquire new clients in the travel & transportation sector.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent business growth.
Develop strong value propositions and tailor solutions to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
Account Management & Client Retention
Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of additional products/services to existing accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client queries and concerns proactively.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track client performance and explore growth opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Results-oriented with proven ability to plan and complete tasks independently
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Time management skills with capacity to prioritize effectively
Customer-centric mindset and listening skills
Qualifications & Skillsets:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
4-6 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management within Travel, Transportation, Logistics, or related industries.
Strong hunting & farming capabilities, with a proven track record of revenue generation.
Experience in solution selling, consultative sales, or enterprise sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
