Role Overview

Arche Global is seeking an experienced and visionary Practice Leader – Cybersecurity to build, scale, and lead our Cybersecurity practice. This role will drive cybersecurity strategy, solution design, pre-sales leadership, IP creation, and executive customer engagement while working closely with Practice Heads to align cybersecurity offerings with business objectives and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will bring deep cybersecurity expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to develop differentiated security offerings that help enterprises strengthen their security posture in an evolving threat landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Practice Leadership

• Own and evolve the Cybersecurity practice across SOC & Managed Security Services, Network & Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Endpoint & Zero Trust Security, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Drive practice revenue, margins, and growth targets while continuously enhancing the portfolio based on emerging threats, technologies, and customer requirements.

Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership

• Lead cybersecurity pre-sales engagements including solution architecture, estimations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Act as the senior technical authority for complex and high-value cybersecurity opportunities, ensuring solution quality, pricing discipline, and effective risk management.

Offerings, IP & Thought Leadership

• Design, develop, and industrialize cybersecurity offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable IP.
• Develop and publish whitepapers, POVs, security advisories, and case studies while partnering with Marketing to position Arche Global's cybersecurity capabilities across digital channels, customer forums, webinars, and industry events.

Customer Engagement & Executive Advisory

• Conduct CISO, CIO, and CXO workshops, executive briefings, and security posture assessments.
• Lead customer seminars, roundtables, and webinars while supporting strategic sales pursuits through executive-level customer engagement.

Capability Building

• Enable Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams through cybersecurity training, technology updates, and best practices.
• Build competency frameworks, certification programs, and mentor senior security architects and practice consultants to strengthen organizational capability.

Alliances & Ecosystem

• Manage strategic relationships with cybersecurity OEMs and platform partners.
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-branded offerings, and partner-led solution development while ensuring compliance with partner certification and program requirements.

Internal Security Governance

• Lead periodic cybersecurity risk assessments across infrastructure, applications, data, access controls, and business processes to identify vulnerabilities, security gaps, and potential threat vectors.
• Recommend and support implementation of risk mitigation strategies, security controls, and remediation plans.
• Advise senior leadership during security incidents, audits, and breach response scenarios while supporting compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC, PCI-DSS, and other regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications & Skillsets

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (Master's preferred).
• 15–17 years of experience in cybersecurity leadership roles.
• Deep expertise across multiple cybersecurity domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture, threat modelling, and risk management.
• Experience with leading cybersecurity platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory, audit, and compliance frameworks.
